一.团队成员

陕西师范大学食品绿色制造与平安控制研讨团队建立于2015年,是快乐飞艇彩票网站的一支紧张科研与讲授步队。团队在组长杨兴斌传授率领下,拥有5名良好专业人才,包罗传授1名、副传授2名,讲师2名,师资博士后1名。团队拥有中青年科技创新领武士才各1人,3人有出国粹习与研讨阅历,构成了一支多学科穿插交融、以中青年人才为主体、自主创新才能强、富有团队肉体的高程度人才步队。

本研讨团队是一支科研与讲授相联合、根底与使用相联合、食品迷信与化学、生命迷信相联合的创新研讨团队。着力扎根西部,效劳于地区经济社会的开展。团队将科研眼光定位于干系民生、民族繁衍的食品绿色制造及食品平安控制的迷信前沿题目,以高值化食品的绿色制造技能、功用(保健)食品及食品平安全程控制为开展目的,提拔群众的大众养分与食品平安迷信认知程度,促进食品绿色加工平安和养分改进。现在,团队在食品绿色加工、生物制造、食品平安检测与控制、养分代谢与保健食品研发范畴具有较强竞争力,处于国际抢先位置。

.研讨偏向和特征

食品绿色制造次要围绕东南及陕西大宗和特征农产物及食品的化学、养分、平安及加工展开创新研发任务。次要努力于特征农产物的养分聚集化节能减排和综合应用的绿色博识加工、功用(保健)食品的财产化、酶学及卵白工程产物的绿色生物制造,以及食品功用因子的分子养分,食品功用身分互作特性及分子机制等根底实际的零碎前沿研讨。同时,以食品加工及消费进程中的全程平安监测与控制为开展目的,针对食品消费、加工进程中存在的农兽药、激素、生物毒素、食品过敏原、非食用添加物、食源性致病菌等无害物质带来的平安题目与安康危害,综合运用多学科古代迷信实际与技能,对影响食质量量平安的控制及检测要害技能停止深化研讨,重点在检测技能、质量控制与典范树模三个方面展开食品中化学净化物高通量侦测技能研讨,罕见病原微生物检测和溯源技能和农产物食品危害因子危害鉴别与控制技能研讨,创新性开辟一批在线检测技能、设置装备摆设、信息零碎和规范标准,并停止技能集成树模。详细几个次要研讨偏向如下:

三.研讨条件

四.团队成员简介

杨兴斌,博士,快乐飞艇彩票网站院长、传授、博士生导师,教诲部“药用资源与自然药归天学”重点实行室和“东南濒危药材资源开辟”国度工程实行室学术带头人,陕西省食品绿色加工与平安控制工程实行室主任。先后在Antioxid. Redox Signal.(IF 8.2), Am. J. Clin. Nutr. (IF 6.5), Free Radic. Biol.Med.(IF 5.7), Mol. Food Chem., Food Func., Food Chem.等SCI杂志宣布论文70余篇,IF>5论文5篇,论文被SCI援用900余次,论文H-index为18。担当《食品迷信》、《食品平安质量检测学报》、《陕西师范大学学报》、《Nutrition and Dietetics》、《International Journal of Food Science, Nutrition and Dietetics》等杂志编委。兼任陕西省食品迷信技能学会副理事长、陕西省养分学会副理事长。先后获陕西省科技提高一、二等奖各1项和陕西初等学校迷信技能一等奖2项,2011年获中国食品财产产学研创新开展出色科研人才奖,2013年获陕西省职工良好科技“创新人物”称呼,2014年荣获“天下榜样部队转业干部”称呼及省部级休息榜样,2014年当选“陕西省中青年科技创新领武士才”。

孔庆军,男,1976年9月20日生,浙江大学化学专业博士,现为快乐飞艇彩票网站副传授、硕士生导师,2014年按“学术主干”引进陕西师范大学。现在掌管国度天然迷信基金1项,参与国度天然迷信基金3项,先后宣布学术论文15余篇,此中SCI收录杂志宣布论文8篇。
